How to set MD5:Hash Passwords in AD using Script?

Hi therer,
         I want to set Active Directory password  in MD5:Hash for a 
particular user. Is it possible using any script? If so How to do it using

script (e.g PowerShell Script or VBScript) ? I would appreciate the link
of 
any web page regarding it.
