Print to File (Network Drive)

Does anyone know if there is in a way to setup a new Printer (Print to
Text File) on a Network Drive?

Windows automatically defaults to My Do***ents when you selct the Print
to File option for a New Printer.

Your assisatnace is greatly appricated.
