Using .net config files with Outlook

Hello everybody,

I am developing an addin for Outlook that requires a configuration file. 
I
have an app.config file in my project, and the <assembly>.dll.config file
is
created in my bin\debug directory.  Unfortunately, when I run it from
within
Outlook 2007, it doesn't find the .config file.  I am using the VS 2008
template.

Would anybody have any ideas?
