Preview Pane Cache

by JahMic <jahmic@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 18, 2008 at 03:14 AM

Upon opening a message of our class, our add-in may modify the body
contents. Depending on the user's settings, we may discard these
changes when closing the message. The problem is that, aferwards,
when scrolling the message list, upon re-selecting the message with
the discarded changes, the preview pane is showing the unsaved
changes. If we restart outlook, the preview pane will show,
correclty, the message in it's original state.

Is there any way, during the current session, to insure that Outlook
uses stored contents, and not the tempoary modified contents of an
opened message in the preview pane? Using ExMapi or Outlook Object
Model.

Much appreciation in advance,

J
