smart tag for both 2003 and 2007

Hi,

I did a smart tag for Office 2003 (basically word and outlook) using
the MS Office 2003 Smart Tag SDK.

But I need to sup****t both 2003 and 2007 (word, outlook, powerpoint
and excel) now. I tried to migrate the smart tag to Office 2007 by
recompiling, registering and setting the group policy. The smart tag
will not show in the available smart tag list in the Word (I adjust
the Word security settings)

I did some search, looks like VSTO SE is used to develop smart tag for
office 2007, but it is quite a lot of redundant work to create
projects for each application and maintain all the code.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
