Add-In not loading on outlook 2007

Hi,

I'm not sure if anyone can help me here but I developed an add-in for
outlook 2007 on my own work computer.  I deployed the solution I had
onto another server.  I installed VSTO, office 2007 assemblies, .NET
2.0 etc and ran my solution.  The problem I'm getting is that my add-
in is getting disabled when outlook 2007 is loaded.  I go to the
"tools" section of outlook, and into the "trust center" area and I can
see my add-in being disabled by outlook.  When I try enabling the add-
in again and restarting outlook, the add-in is still disabled.  I'm
assuming I'm having security issues?  I have admin rights on the
computer.

If anyone could help me, that would be much appreciated.
