I am getting an error message "catastrophic failure error code 0x8000FFF"
when I am downloading MS clipart from their website to "My
Collection-Microscope Clipart Organizer". How can I fix this problem? I
am
using Office XP (2002) and I have SP 3 already installed? I tried to "Fix
&
Repair" using the Clipart Organizer but that doesn't seem to work. I
tried
reinstalling with my original disk, but that didn't work either.
