Storing clipart locally for network access

I have stored Office XP clipart forn the CD Media disk on a network
computer. 
 I cant get clip organizer to recognize it.  I have copied catalogue files

everywhere thinking thats the problem.  Could someone please help with the

steps as Im missing something.  Thanks
