XML For Analysis Provider for SQL 2000 Analysis Service

Hi,

Anyone can help me on problem to implement XML for Analysis Provider for
SQL 
Server 2000 Analysis Services?  I have successfully configure for Windows 
2000 server but no such luck on Windows 2003.  I receive error page
display 
when calling https://localhost/xmla/msxisapi.dll

In Windows 2000 Server, I received the following which I hope to receive.
