Still an RDS Error Message in IE 6

Further to this issue...

Error Number:=-2147012865
Error Source:=Microsoft ADO/RDS
Error Description:=Internet Client Error: Connection Reset

I asked the client to use a different server and he gets the same error 
message. I don't think that it is a server problem, it must be something
to 
do with the browser. Is there some setting or obscure component that must
be 
installed for RDS to work? Would firewalls be an issue??

Client computer is Windows Version 5.1 (Build
2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 
: Service pack 2) with Internet Explorer 
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519

Any further direction would be a great help.
