Hi. We just went into production with our new CS02 sites last night. We
are
noticing this error. We think it might have something to do with users
that
have a cookie set from the previous version of the site (CS 2000). Any
idea
what is causing this and how we can fix it?
Type : System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException, mscorlib,
Version=1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089
Message : AuthManager(CommerceServer): Most probably the
AuthTicket has been Encrypted using a different EncryptionKey. Just
refresh
the same page again and Everything should go fine.
Source : Commerce.AuthManager.1
Help link :
ErrorCode : -2146893819
TargetSite : System.Object
GetUserID(Microsoft.CommerceServer.Interop.TicketTypeEnum)
Stack Trace : at
Microsoft.CommerceServer.Interop.AuthManagerClass.GetUserID(TicketTypeEnum
enumTicketType)
at
Microsoft.CommerceServer.Runtime.ProfileTicket.get_UserID()
I saw a post where someone else had the same issue, and we verified that
CS
Authentication resource is under global resources. We have not made any
changes to the resource either.
Thanks,
Jason
