moving StarterSite to Root Directory

Hi folks,

I just installed the fix to be able to move the CS2002StarterSite to the 
root directory
of the web server. Now the question is : How to safely do that?

By using a pup file or can I just move the web directories and change 
parameters in commerce manager?

Any procedure welcome ...
