Has anyone been able to get the Content Connector from MSIB to work
with the CS2002 Starter Site?
The connector has dependancies on Microsoft.Solutions.Shared and
Microsoft.Solutions.AccountManagement (both version 2.1.0.0), whilst
the version of those assemblies that ****p with the Starter Site are
5.0.1.0
I tried using assembly redirection in machine.config which enabled me
to add the user controls from the connector to the VS toolbox. However,
adding some (not all) of the controls to a page gives an error (in
design mode) of "File or assembly name Microsoft.Solutions.Shared or
one of its dependencies was not found".
Does anyone know how to rectify this, or whether Microsoft are going to
release an updated content connector?
