I have set up CS2007 and followed ALL instructions in the deployment
do***ent. My only departure from the instructions is that I've used a
separate machine to host the database. I have used domain users for all of
the required user accounts. When I attempt to start Catalog Manager,
however,
none of the tasks in the “Tasks” list are available.
