We are in the process of moving to new Ecommerce Tool. I really aprpeciate
your advise on following.
What are the improements Microsoft has made in Commercer Server 2007
compared to Commerce server 2002?
I was reading articles on Commercer server 2002, and found that commerce
server lacks advanced ordering capabilities, such as
"Commerce Server falls short in other areas, particularly in fulfillment.
It
doesn't sup****t ****pping verification, order fulfillment, event
notification,
or digital fulfillment capabilities. Nor does it address returns
processing,
exception handling, customer sup****t, or guided-selling capabilities."
And also Other features, such as the ability to create recurring and
scheduled orders and to handle complex product configurations, require
customization.
Are there any improvments Microsoft has made regarding this issue in
Commerce server 2007.
