Problem unpacking DW

Hi 

I run a Commerceserver installation that looks like 
following:

Webserver
W2K3
CS 2002 SP3

SQLserver
W2K3
SQL 2000 Sp3

Then im trying top unpack a site i get the following 
error message then unpacking Datawarehouse.
"Unspecified error" "invalid Connection information"

Anyone got a clue whats wrong?
