I have had Commerce Server 2002 installed on my server for 4 years.
Whenever I look at my Activity By Browser re****ts in Biz Desk, it
breaks down my hits based on the browsers that were available back in
2002. For example, any version of FireFox is buried in the Navigator
version 5.0 category with a bunch of search engines and other programs.
Is there any way to update the Search Engine categorization algorithms
used by Commerce Server 2002? I can see the UserAgent related tables
in my data warehouse, but I'm not sure how to update them so that the
new agents will be categorized appropriately.
