Hi,
We have configured the profile system to work off an Active Directory
Service. There are two seperate ADS one containing internal users and
other
containing external users. We have configured that as partitions in the
same
profile data source. When we check the Profile through bizdesk, I am able
to
search for profiles from both the ADS. But when I try to im****t the
profile
into the data warehouse using Im****t wizard, somehow the internal users
are
not getting pulled into the warehouse. Also for external users only around
8000 users are being pulled in but there are about 100000 users in it.
The internal users have no containers and they all fall under the default
CN=Users
The external users have many sub containers under the container
ExternalUsers and I have set the Sub-Tree search on in the partition.
I am doing a site level profile im****t and tried with the query im****t
duration of both 15 mins and 500 mins (I dont think this makes much of a
difference). I have also set full im****t on so all the profiles should get
pulled in.
Please let me know where I am going wrong. Any help will be much
appreciated.
