Log User linking with profile user while im****ting!!

Hi, I am im****ting a non-CS IIS log file (W3C extended format) and the 
commerce server profile into the DW. Even though the same user that has an

entry in the log file and the profile system, it does not get linked in
the 
DW after im****ting. It is very necessary for my re****ting. Any ideas about

this?
