Full-Text Duplicates CS2002

Are there any hot fixes for FTS Search duplicate results for 
productfamilyclass and/or productvariantclass? Has Microsoft addressed
this 
issue in CS2007? 

I would like to use the Paged Results of Commerce Catalog API but 
unfortunately I have to get all the results from mulitple catalog and
remove 
the duplicates. 

Any one has a solution for this?
