Folks –

Anyone ever implement a complex ****pping promotion like this before:

How do set up a complex ****pping discount scenario: If the order exceeds 
$250 and a certain promotion code is entered, give free ****pping for 
"standard" ****pping method ONLY.

I have been trying to come up with a creative way to do this, but nothing 
has been viable so far.  

Thoughts?
