I have Commerce Server Setup whose software configuration is as follows:
1. Commerce Server 2002 + SP3 + FP1
2. Windows 2003 Server with SP1
3. SQL Server 2000
Whenever I try to create Direct Mailer campaign using BizDesk (asp based
app) dmitem.asp gives time-out error. When I had checked in Task Manager
w3wp.exe process was taking maximum amount of time. I think its going into
infinite loop, but where I am unable to figure out.
This is fresh installation, and none of the Ads or Campaign are created as
of now. I was trying to create Direct Mailer Campaign and the same is not
working.
Can anyone help me out for solving this problem. Can anyone suggest what
can
be possible reasosns to get this errors.
