Accessing Campaigns through code ?

Hi - I'm quite new to Commerce Server. 

I can access my Product Catalog Information using the 
Microsoft.CommerceServer.Runtime.Catalog class , but now I need to access
out 
Campaigns and I don't see a class there - is this possible ?
