we are a very new team for this commerce server.
we are using commerce server 2002 and trying to publish campaigns (ad,
discounts) from bizdesk.
we get the error i.e.
An error ocurred while refre****ng the cache for
http://commerce2k/cs2002StarterSite/BDRefresh.asp?cache_name=Discounts.
and details for this error are
The refresh page on the site could not be accessed. The returned error
is 401:UnAutharised.
can anybody tell me what could be the solution?
