Hi,
I've got a problem with discount interaction on Microsoft Commerce
Server 2002 Feature Pack 1 (FP1). I've tried every combination I can
think of and can't get this particular scenario to work. Basically I
want 2 discounts to apply together and not other discounts. The 2
discounts I want to apply are '10% off order value' and 'spent >=A330
and get free delivery', and they both share the same public coupon.
These are both setup and work together. I then need to stop a seperate
'buy 2 get 10% off' discount from applying. The 'buy 2 get 10% off'
discount is of a lower priority and is set to not allow any interaction
(all 4 check boxes are unchecked). As are the checkboxes for both of
the other discounts. The 2 discounts are grouped on the same priority.
What I want to happen is when the public coupon is entered the 2
discounts attached to that coupon apply, but no other discounts apply.
However, all 3 discounts are applying together. I suspect it is because
both of the coupon discounts don't have any award or condition items to
stop it applying with the third 'buy 2 get 10% off' discount.
Any help would be really appreciated,
Steve
