Hi everyone,
I am trying to set up an email campaign for our customer.
We are running Commerce Server 2002 with SQL 2000.
I set up a new customer, new campaign and new direct mail.
In email, I am sending the word doc as an attachment.
It creates the job in SQL Server but the job keeps failing. The error that
I
get is....
Executed as user: Server\sysadmin Error: Could not instantiate required
COM
interfaces: Access is denied. Process Exit Code -2147024891. The step
failed.
This is a SQL Server service account for SQL Server. i am logging on with
different account but both accounts are part of sysadmin role on SQL
Server.
The customer is ready to kill me if this does not work today :)
Any help is greatly appreciated.
