Hi,
This query is regarding the re****t/cube in the default commerce
server schema. The problem is with the count of ‘Visits’ in the
commerce
server database.

Scenario: We have im****ted 1 day’s IIS log file (non commerce
server
website) into the database with the commerce server DTS task. If we see
the
count of ‘requests’ in the database it seems to be fine, but the count
of
‘Visits’ is too huge.
Technically, the number of requests we have is say 6000 for a days

which is fine. The number of visits it shows is like about 3000-4000,
which
is quite huge. The ‘Visit Inference’ while im****ting is set to 30
minutes (by
default and that is what we want). The visits should be in the range of
300-400 keeping an average request/visit as 10 which is quite logical. But

the commerce server does not seem to interpret it that way.
Could you please throw some light onto this please? Please ask for

more details if required. Thank you for your time.
