Pu****ng out shared collection to all users

I have followed these steps to create a shared collection in a common
network location:

Now that the network location exists, is there a way to use SMS to push
this out to all user profiles? If I push out the Shared10.mgc file is
that enough or do I have to do more? I am not quite clear how all of
this works.
