I have Office 2003, Windows XP SP2 and on a domain. Network Server is

2003. We use both mandatory and roaming profiles. Whenever attempting to
search for a clip, ms Word freezes entirely. Once the first clip loads
(after
a good 5 minutes) future searching seems fine. Have performed a network
installation of the contents of the Office XP media content CD as per
KB897754. (network installation)
Have also tried cleaning out Word temp files and resetting the normal.dat
template via winword /a.
Have also tried installing the media content cd locally... still same
result.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
