Hi Everyone,
I have read the Eulas and I'm confident that the MS Online clipart can be
legally used in a brochure we are printing. What I am at a complete loss
for
is exactly what is "a valid copyright notice" as required in the EULA FOR
MICROSOFT ONLINE CONTENT that says a user must "...Include a valid
copyright
notice on your products and services that include the Media Elements."
Does
this mean each picture must have its own İMicrosoft symbol? If not is one
notice in the brochure OK or is one needed for each page? Or would a
simple
notice in fine print saying "All clipart used in this brochure copyrighted
by Microsoft" be sufficient?
AAAAAAAAARRgggggggghhhhhhhhhh. I just wish they would provide an example
of
a valid copyright notice.
Thanks,
Dan
