I am typing in my product ID # (PID) and I'm 100% sure I have typed it in
EXACTLY as it appears when I goto help->about. But their sup****t website
informs me that no such PID exists. So before I register, I have to send
in
a sup****t ticket asking for help. Wait, I can't do this either because
they've programmed it to not allow a sup****t ticket to be sent without a
PID
- and their sup****t ticket site also tells me I don't have a valid PID.
Very
helpful.
Anyone know anything I can do?
