Im****t WinCE Device Driver

Hi, I have developed a WinCE based Device driver,Dll in Microsoft Embebed
C++ 
and i would like to create an application, Exe which is develope using C#.
How can i im****t the device driver into my application? If got errors when
i 
im****t the driver via Add Reference.
