system connected to dhcp server

HI ALL,
Hopeful some one can solve my query, 

i have a dhcp server which can be use for my internal networks . my
systems 
host name are staring with a common factor (ex: microsoft1234). I want to 
know how we can identify when a external system connected to my network - 
dhcp server - , (which are not started host name "micorsoft1234").
