Why when I close powerpoint do I get a pop-up box that states it is
shutting
down? The second pop-up states that Microsoft is searching for a solution
to
the problem and will let me know if one is found. I ran the diagnostics,
followed the suggestions, etc.
I have a new PC with a Vista OS, purchased the Office Pro new, (did not
have
any older versions installed) and always do the updates.
