Hi
I had found out i had been running an illegal copy of Office 2003 and
purchased a new OEM version along with its original key code etc. I
carried
out the install and inputted the key code as requested, full installation
was
comfirmed as succesful.
I then went to update as requested and could not up date due being told it
was not a validated version. Following the instructions in article 895456
to
change the key code i have not been able to change it as when i type in
the
new key code and enter it correctly it says this is not valid key code.
I suspect somewere there is still the old code which I have not found as
when you start say word and input the new number the old one is still
there
which has to be over written
Help how do i get office to accept the new code?
