Hi - I wonder if someone can help.
I have a user who has her e-mails sorted by flag status.
She sometimes likes to highlight one of her flagged e-mails and then
quickly
view all e-mails in that particular conversation. She does this by
highlighting the flagged e-mail in question and clicking on the "Subject"
column heading. The view changes and the e-mails become grouped by
subject.
Nine times out of ten, when she clicks on the column heading she is taken
to
the correct Subject group, with the flagged e-mail still highlighted.
However, occasionally Outlook behaves differently. The e-mails are still
grouped by Subject, but the highlighted e-mail is the very top e-mail in
the
very first subject group (usually group of e-mails with no subject), and
not
the one she originally had highlighted.
I have been able to replicate the problem on my own PC, but have not been
able to work out why this erratic behaviour is happening, as there seems
to
be no pattern.
I'm probably being completely thick and missing something totally obvious,
but any help would be greatly appreciated!
Kind regards.
