Merging info

Using Windows XP.  I need to produce a letter to students showing revised 
grades.  Some students have revised grades for more than one subject and
I'm 
having difficulty merging relevant info for them onto one letter, rather
than 
separate letter for each subject.  I've used If and Set fields in 
placeholders but to no avail.  Can anyone help please?  See below for
letter 
and data:

Staff have recently updated the predicted grades for your son/daughter, in

Thursday 15 November 2007 and Tuesday 20 November 2007.  You will receive
