what are the MOC content distribution / delivery rules?

Hi guys,
 I have 3 questions.

1. What MOC content can / should an MCT distribute to the attending
trainees? e.g PowerPoint slides, lab files, videos etc.

2. Can PowerPoint slides can be slightly edited.

3. Should all the modules of MOC course be delivered or is it alright
to deliver say 12 out of 14 modules. would it be considered as the
official course or would it become a Custom MOC course?
