I have a question about how to pay MCT Fee and how to subscribe to Visual
Studio 2005 Professional with MSDN Premium Subscription?
If I live in both Germany and Turkey, can I pay the MCT fee for Turkey?
(Germany Fee: 325 EUR, Turkey Fee 50 USD)
And "Visual Studio 2005 Professional with MSDN Premium Subscription" costs
less if I choose United States Dolar.
Can I choose USD as currency?
Do I have to give my turkish address for subscription, or can I let the
software be delivered to my german address?
