First hello to everybody.
Second, I'm toying around the idea of becoming a MCT in order to earn a
little extra income and to have some fun teaching (something I enjoy
doing).
I have looked around a bit in the forum here and still want to ask a
couple
questions regarding MCT just to clarify it in my own head:
1) After getting an MCT, I have to present myself to various training
centers as available for work and take it from there. In other words, I
become a consultant, correct?
2) How do I find a list of training centers where I live? Search for
Microsoft Certified Training Center? Does Microsoft maintain a list on
their
website?
3) How do I determine how much I should get paid? Let's say I agree to
teach
a 5 day course at So-And-So Training Center...How does it all work? I
order a
training kit, show up at the door, teach the class, then they pay me?
Sorry if this is all a bit naive, but I'm just trying to figure all this
out.
