Licenses for administration

Hello there;
I would like to know, if a school that has the MSDNAA member****p, could
use
some of those licenses within the administration department. To give you
an
example, Can a MSDNAA member , use an exchange server, windows 2003/08
server
or an ISA server for employees or the infrastrucuture of the network. If
yes,
what are the licenses that a school is entitled? If we put an exchange
server
and create accounts for the staff and students, do we need exchange CALs?
This is something that i'm not comfortable with, and it just seems that we

were never able to have a clear cut answer to it.
Thanks a million in advance.
