When I try to change my dell laptop's resolution (running on a 15.4 inch
widescreen, windows sp 2)away from its native resolution of 1280x800, the
screen becomes smaller with a black outline. It used to be that the
resolution became worse and a message came up informing me that the
display
is fuzzy because of a non-native resolution. The problem is, I would like
the
resolution to be worse, because certain applications cannot run in any
higher
thatn 1024x768, and as a result they are in a black window. Please help
