Error Message "Can not open the file mk@MSITStore:......\file.chm"

Whenever I run a help file the following error message appears "Can not
open 
the file mk@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
"

I am using Windows XP Home edition.

Can anyone give me a hand on this problem?
