I was working online fine yesterday for several hours.
went had some food came back and started up my computer.
norton loads and says "TCP/IP not installed"
open up the event log and see:

Type: Error
User: N/A

Description:
IPRIP was unable to create a socket for address 192.168.0.1. The data is
the
error code.
