Dell computer running XPHE. computer boots fine, login with any of the
accounts available works fine, windows desktop background is displayed but
no
icons, no start menu, no nothing!!. using cntrl-alt-del and running new
tasks (e.g. iex****e.exe) works. How can I troubleshoot this. any
information on how to get to the event log from the task manager would
also
be appreciated.
