New Vista Computer Connecting a MN-500 Broadband Base Station

by =?Utf-8?B?cHl6MDE=?= <pyz01@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 6, 2008 at 03:38 PM

I have a question.

I just purchased a new Vista Home Premium computer to replace a older XP
computer that had a MN-500 Broadband Base Station connected to it using
the
Broadband Wireless Utility. The new Vista Computer connects to the Base
station via its own wireless adpater very easily (once I enter the key).

My question, however, is if I connect the Base Station directly to the
Vista
Computer to make it the primary server for my wireless network, will it
work
or will the MN-500 not work (because it does not appear to be Vista
Compatible)? Sorry if the question does not make sense, I need the new
computer to be the main server and do not want to trash the network if I
try
to make it so.

Ken
