X12 5010 vs X12 4010

Hi,

Currently we are implementing EDI with version X12 4010, now National 
standard change and go with X12 5010, I googled it but few information
about 
this version.  Before we go out and buy this version, has anyone used X12 
5010?  What are differences between the two?

And does it impact to BizTalk 2006 in general?  and do you need to have
new 
schema?

Any info would great help.
