TheImplementationOfOrderMgmt artifacts for BAM end to end walkthr

Hi,

I'm trying to do BAM End-to-End walkthrough given in the do***entation, 
completed 3 of the 5 of them
but 4th one "Creating a Tracking Profile" is referring to BizTalk
artifcats. 
I could not able to find correcsponding sample to install.

also says "The TheImplementationOfOrderMgmt BizTalk application must be 
installed.",
but didn't provide any link to it and I can't find it locally.

Does anybody know where can I find this sample to proceed further in BAM 
walkthrough ?
