Visual Studio 2008 and BizTalk 2006 SDK.

After loading VS2008 and then BTS2006 I no longer see BizTalk explorer or 
able to develop and BizTalk projects. 

Do I have to so something special to be able to work with BizTalk 2006 in 
Visual Studio 2008.
