Pipeline Component Wizard

The Pipeline Component Wizard developed by Martijn Hoogendoorn used to be 
available for download from gotdotnet workspaces, but Microsoft has phased

out gotdotnet workspaces. Anyone know where I can download the latest 
version of the Pipeline Component Wizard now?
